The Danube Delta Fish Borscht Festival, initiated and organized by ANTREC Tulcea, is an event in which we invite you to discover the culinary tradition of the Danube Delta.
Within this festival, gastronomic contests are organized based on traditional recipes, prepared by teams of local chefs from all over Danube Delta, who compete in the mastery of cooking for three days, during two sections: “The Best Delta Gastronomy” and “The Best Fish Borscht”.
Also, both the local folklore by the deltaic ethnic groups and the beauties of Danube Delta’s biodiversity are presented.
